Finance Operations Executive

Leading global finance operations, the full-time Head of Finance Operations will manage a team of over 30 professionals across 15 countries, overseeing accounting, financial controls, regulatory reporting, and strategic financial evaluations in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Oversee accounting, month-end close, financial controls, and regulatory reporting Collaborate with regional C-suite on business strategy, capital planning, and investor relations Establish internal controls and risk frameworks for both digital assets and conventional banking flows Required qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification Strong understanding of global financial regulations and cryptocurrency markets Experience with financial systems and automation tools, such as Oracle NetSuite
