Finance Operations Director

Providing overall leadership in Financial Operations, the full-time Market Director-Finance will create budgets, conduct variance analysis, and enhance financial performance across multiple locations while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements. Key responsibilities Oversee the creation of budgets and perform variance analysis for financial operations Identify and implement opportunities for improving financial performance across divisional entities Coordinate with system functional teams and provide oversight in a matrix environment across various locations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred 8-10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is required 5 years of leadership experience is required
