Owning and advancing the customer payment experience, the full-time hybrid Finance Operations Automation Manager will lead cash application automation capabilities, overseeing strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement across various payment methods and processes. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end customer payment strategy, ensuring scalable and low-friction payment experiences Oversee cash application automation, including remittance ingestion and matching logic, while partnering with Finance and Accounting teams Act as the primary liaison for cash automation initiatives across Finance Operations, Accounting, Technology, and Client Experience teams Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, cash application, or related domains Proven experience leading automation and system implementation initiatives from requirements through deployment Strong analytical skills with practical experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Experience with ERP systems and payment or banking platforms
