Supporting U.S. accounting and finance operations, the full-time remote Finance Operations Associate will manage general ledger maintenance, month-end accruals, and financial reconciliations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and U.S. accounting standards. Key responsibilities Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes in Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accurate ledger postings Conduct bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies Prepare monthly accruals and maintain daily/monthly schedules for prepaids and fixed assets Required qualifications MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Semi-Qualified CA 2-3 years of experience in U.S. accounting, general ledger maintenance, or finance operations Hands-on experience with a standard ERP system, preferably Oracle NetSuite Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles and statutory compliance requirements
