Owning and leading Order-to-Cash workflows, the full-time remote Finance Operations and Transformation Analyst will manage billing processes, enhance operational reporting, and contribute to system stabilization while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize financial operations. Key responsibilities Manage SaaS and ancillary billing, including data validation and cross-system reconciliations Own reporting and analyses of core operational metrics, including total bookings Contribute to the stabilization of accounting software by identifying root causes and implementing functional improvements Required qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields Hands-on experience with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ideally within a SaaS subscription business Demonstrated ability to investigate inconsistencies and reconcile information across multiple systems Working knowledge of business software ecosystems, including accounting software and CRMs Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex datasets and reconciliations
