Finance Operation Specialist – Bilingual Japanese

Job OpportunityInternational Finance company seeks bilingual Japanese Operation Specialist in New York. Primary responsibilities include operations of daily financial arrangements including getting bank loans, issuing CP's medium notes, fund transfer/remittance to the group companies in the US and Japan, bank reconciliations to check incoming funds, and general affairs work including office management. Support the company management at their request. Currently, the position is temporarily Work From Home, but the team provides operation training on site. After the training, the position will be remote until the Covid situation becomes better.

Requirements include 2-3 years of accounting and financial operations experience including fund transfer/remittance via cash management systems, good communication skills in both English and Japanese (oral and written), accurate, detail-oriented operational skills, and good time management skills.
