Manager/Senior ManagerThe Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for oversight of multiple funds. Fund structures include closed-end structures, parallel fund vehicles, and co-investment vehicles. Primary responsibilities also include, but not limited to, managing and establishing goals/strategic direction for 3 offshore accountants, managing the relationships with the third-party administrator, independent auditors, and external tax preparers.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Review all annual and quarterly financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.Ensure the accuracy of quarterly NAV packages prepared by internal and external fund administrators by reviewing the allocations of income, expenses, gains, and losses to limited partners, including the review of management fees and distribution waterfall calculations.Cash management of funds (cash forecasts, capital calls, and distributions).Prepare responses to limited partners related inquiries.Prepare limited partners related communications.Coordination with the funds' independent auditors, tax preparers, custodians, fund administrators.Ensure fund activities are in compliance with fund governing documents.Performing other tasks as required.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of VC/PE accounting experience requiredBachelor's Degree requiredCPA, MBA, or Masters, a plusProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong project management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to manage and develop employeesExcellent communication skills – both written and oralTeam player and demonstrate a strong work ethic
