To support the company's growth through organic expansion and acquisitions, the full-time remote Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations will manage financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the finance organization. Key responsibilities Support timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and provide operational support for monthly close and audits Own the annual budgeting process and develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and data integrity across the finance organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including FP&A and finance operations Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity, international finance Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Experience with subscription-based business models and advanced Excel skills
