To support a growing finance team, the full-time Finance Manager, Sales & GTM will build and maintain pipeline analytics, provide pricing guidance, and analyze marketing ROI in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models for sales and executive leadership Partner with the sales team to provide pricing guidance and support on complex deals Analyze ROI on marketing spend to inform budget allocation across channels Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling and experience with CRM systems and BI tools Strong negotiation and communication skills to translate data into clear recommendations Comfort driving ambiguous initiatives to completion with minimal supervision Successful completion of a background check
