A growing and well-established distribution organization is adding a Finance Manager to its team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership, drive financial planning initiatives, and provide analytical support for key business decisions. The role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial strategy with operational analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models and perform business analysis to support growth initiatives.
- Analyze profitability, costs, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare management reporting and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Support ongoing process improvements within the finance function.
- Mentor and oversee one direct report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or costing exposure is a plus.
