Finance Manager, Radiation Oncology

To ensure strong financial stewardship within a complex clinical environment, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Radiation Oncology will manage financial operations, oversee budgeting processes, and support clinical trial financial management while working in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity. Key responsibilities Steward and analyze financial data to support Radiation Oncology departments and facilitate the annual budget process Generate and analyze clinical and financial performance reports while developing workflows to ensure compliance and safeguard business practices Lead recruitment and training for finance team members, fostering collaboration across departmental and institutional partners Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role Experience with enterprise financial and clinical systems, particularly in healthcare environments Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for supervisory experience
