Finance Manager, ProcurementSandisk is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Global Procurement organization as part of Global Operations Finance. This role serves as a financial expert and strategic business partner, driving financial rigor, transparency, and decision support across sourcing strategy, supplier performance, purchasing optimization, vendor spend management, and cost optimization initiatives.The Finance Manager will partner closely with Procurement leadership to influence sourcing and supplier decisions, optimize purchasing processes, strengthen supplier economics, and enable cost discipline, while ensuring alignment with company financial targets and long-term value creation.This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Operations Finance and supports a global, matrixed organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a strategic finance partner to Global Procurement, supporting senior leaders on sourcing, supplier and spend decisionsProvide financial analysis and decision support for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations and make/buy decisionsPartner with Procurement to optimize purchasing processes and manage vendor spend to deliver cost savings and improved supplier performanceDevelop and monitor financial KPIs and spend analytics to track savings, compliance, and budget adherenceLead financial support for Procurement AOP, forecast and long range planning, including scenario modelingSupport ad hoc financial analysis for contracts, negotiations, and transformation initiativesQualificationsREQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a finance manager or lead roleSKILLS:Strong experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations organizationsDemonstrated expertise in direct and indirect spend analysis, cost drivers and savings validationAdvanced financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data driven insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ERP-based financial systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP)PREFERRED:MBA or CPA/CMAExperience supporting strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations or cost transformation programsFamiliarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)People leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teamsAdditional InformationSandisk is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, genetic information, protected medical and family care leave, Civil Air Patrol status, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
