Finance Manager

About the Opportunity:

A growing, privately backed manufacturing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to support continued expansion and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role that will partner with finance leadership and operations teams to drive reporting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Compensation:

• $115,000 – $125,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax compliance, reporting, and filing activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support cash flow planning, capital expenditure tracking, and fixed asset management.
• Participate in inventory-related financial analysis and reporting.
• Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes and financial visibility.
• Provide leadership with actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist with ERP utilization, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
• Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environment.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth organization.
• Background supporting multi-site operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365, or similar ERP systems.
