Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Phoenix area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations for our dealer partners .

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in financial management , customer facing finance manager.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis, and management of the general ledger.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools and financial software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications is a plus.
• Prior experience in a finance leadership or automotive, RV finance roles preferably within financial services or a related industry.
