Finance Manager - Nonprofit Healthcare Foundation - Hybrid Role (Newark, NJ 3x weekly, Fulltime salaried & GREAT benefits, salary $55-$90k)
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, especially in an organization funded heavily by grants (state, federal, municipal) and/or donations.
- RUNNING a whole finance org: bookkeeping, payroll, audit report completion, and supporting HR in a small office and team; current annual revenue of $4M with growth to $10M in the next few years.
- Owning company-wide budgeting, forecasting, contracting process, especially expenses and invoices.
Qualifications
- Non-profit, healthcare, or similar foundation experience is a big plus.
- Grant accrual experience in QuickBooks is especially valuable.
