Finance ManagerAn internationally renowned company in the banking industry is looking to add a Finance Manager to their growing team. Our client is a banking giant overseas and is growing out their NYC branch operations close to Midtown, looking to add someone that can help lead a team of 2 and manage daily operational finance and reporting.Responsibilities include:Leading all financial functions including daily accounting transactions, preparation of budgets, creating complex financial models, leading forecasting initiatives, full P&L managementLeading all branch Regulatory Reporting functions and work with all regulators on deadlines and other ad-hoc requestsManaging internal financial reporting to corporate HQ in ChinaOverseeing key external relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and vendorsResponsible for all treasury and cash management, as well as leading strategic projects across the firmPartnering with management on establishing proper internal controls and policies/procedures in accordance with US GAAPMust have experience from a banking institution and have strong Regulatory Reporting experienceFluency in Mandarin is requiredCPA is required
