Finance ManagerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager, with hospitality experience to support the financial operations of Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa. This position is responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The Finance Manager will work closely with department leaders to support operational and strategic financial goals.DutiesPrepare and review monthly financial statements, reports, and account reconciliationsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesMonitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and daily financial activityOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functionsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsAnalyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiencyAssist with audits, tax reporting, and year-end financial processesSupport payroll, purchasing, and inventory control procedures as neededMaintain internal controls and safeguard company assetsCollaborate with department managers to monitor expenses and budget performanceSupport the Director of Finance and Executive Team with special projects and financial analysisQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum of 3–5 years of accounting or finance experienceHospitality, hotel, or resort accounting experienceStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityEffective communication and interpersonal skillsThe Resort functions seven days a week and may require occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to support operational and financial demands.
