Finance Manager Medicaid Operations

To drive the affordability strategy for the nation's largest Medicare Advantage plan, the full-time remote Finance Manager Medicaid Operations will manage business planning, reporting, and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer and provider experiences. Key responsibilities: Facilitates execution of Payment Integrity affordability strategy and tracks progress against value plans Maintains relationships with key partners to identify opportunities and implement affordability solutions Develops and monitors performance expectations for affordability programs, ensuring continuous improvement and risk mitigation Required qualifications: 3+ years of healthcare or related industry experience 3+ years of business operations and execution experience in large, matrix organizations Operational experience with clinical and business service workflows Database management and data analytics capabilities with large datasets Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 suite
