To support the development of future finance leaders, the full-time remote Finance Manager (FSLDP) will manage financial analysis services, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide analytical support to senior management within a structured three-year rotational program. Key responsibilities Provide financial analysis services and prepare long-range plans and annual budgets Assist in investment analysis and review actual results against forecasts Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and educate management on financial policies Required qualifications Currently enrolled in the final year of an MBA program, graduating no later than summer 2027 Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the current program Three or more years of experience in sophisticated financial modeling Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred Strong leadership ability and teamwork skills
