Finance Manager - FP and A

Owning and leading the financial strategy, the full-time Finance Manager - FP&A will build and manage financial models, oversee budget development, drive board reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and improve the financial model and rolling forecasts, providing proactive insights on variances and recommendations to leadership Lead the annual budget process and ongoing management, translating operational plans into financial metrics Manage relationships with external accounting firms, reviewing monthly closes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting Required qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance operations at startups or growth-stage companies Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills, with a proven track record of budget ownership Experience in building board-grade reporting and translating financial data into strategic recommendations Demonstrated cash-management experience, including ownership of burn/runway reporting A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
