The successful candidate will be responsible for driving margin expansion and profitability, owning the financial roadmap to support the company's growth, and serving as a key financial operator. This role involves close partnership with functional team leadership to enhance business performance, as well as owning the relationship with the board and investors, and delivering clear and confident financial reporting. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with building and owning financial models, conducting ROI and margin analysis, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or venture-backed company, particularly in the healthcare, digital health, or SaaS sector, is essential.
