Finance ManagerThe Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the dealership's automotive sales department. This includes managing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and maximizing profitability.Responsibilities:Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) departmentEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulationsMaximize profitability through effective management of finance and insurance productsDevelop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and other financial partnersTrain and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performanceWork closely with sales staff to ensure seamless customer experiencePrepare and submit financing and leasing applications to lending institutionsReview and approve all F&I paperworkEnsure accurate and timely completion of all F&I transactionsProvide exceptional customer service to all customersRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive finance and insuranceStrong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to automotive finance and insuranceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
