Managing restricted donation reports, the remote Finance Manager (Compliance) will oversee financial compliance, lead the Finance department in Brazil, and design a global internal controls framework to ensure accurate financial tracking and adherence to regulations. Key responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end tracking, analysis, and financial reporting for all restricted donations in partnership with the Fundraising team Develop and implement a global internal controls framework to ensure data integrity and mitigate risks Lead compliance initiatives, including annual tax filings and vendor data verification across international operations Required qualifications Relevant experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; master's degree preferred Knowledge of financial management and accounting practices in Brazil, with experience in international financial practices Proficiency in accounting principles and financial statements Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) Availability to travel as needed
