Director FP&APosition SummaryCBTS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy, drive cost discipline, and deliver actionable insights within a technology and professional services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departmentsSupport monthly Selling and Marketing close- analyze financial performance and provide actionable insightsManage company-wide financial reporting needs for the Finance department, ELT, and Board, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent deliveryManage the planning cycles in OneStreamManage people planning for SG&A departmentBuild financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiativesAnalyze cost drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and operational efficienciesRefresh and maintain full enterprise P&Ls during close and forecast cyclesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reportsSupport and assist with internal and external management reporting requirements for leadership, including KPI's, dashboards, and executive summariesContribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization effortsManage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)6+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting rolesStrong understanding of P&L structures, consolidation, intercompany, and financial analysisDemonstrated data fluency, with the ability to extract, interpret, and synthesize large volumes of financial and operational data into clear, actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)Experience with financial systems (OneStream and SAP preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with business leadersHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Experience with CPM/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion/EPM, OneStream) and reporting toolsProven ability to drive process improvements and automationExperience in P&L consolidation and executive reporting packagesPeople Management experienceWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and innovative work environmentSalary Range $105,000 - $120,000
