Develops and directs the preparation of reports which assist in the analysis of assigned business line performance. Analyzes assigned financial reports, augmenting with further research as needed and provides recommendations to management based on findings. Develops, recommends, and implements accounting policies and procedures in response to new laws and regulations. Manages various finance/accounting projects or studies. Provides leadership, guidance, and training to finance/accounting staff.Responsibilities:Responsible for managing financial reporting, planning, and analysis for assigned card products.Works closely with assigned business line and builds/updates models to predict benefits that will result from strategic initiatives, new card products, and investments.Evaluates and analyzes impact of alternative business decisions and identifies solutions to a variety of financial issues.This role is hybrid.
