Finance Manager

Senior FP&A | Strategic Finance | Boca Raton, FL

We’re partnering with an established, growing organization seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join its finance team. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who can move beyond traditional reporting and provide the modeling, forecasting, and strategic insights that help leadership make informed business decisions.

The organization is continuing to evolve its finance function and is particularly interested in someone who is forward-thinking about technology, AI, and automation and how these tools can improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations
• Analyze financial performance, trends, KPIs, and key business drivers
• Translate complex data into meaningful executive-level analytics and insights
• Partner with business and finance leaders to support strategic and operational decisions
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes and reporting
• Explore practical applications of AI and automation within FP&A
• Help improve the scalability and efficiency of financial planning and analysis across a complex organization

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses
• Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and large data sets
• Exposure to or genuine interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technology within finance
• Comfortable operating in a large, complex, fast-paced organization
