We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related matters for the U.S. and Canadian entities. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong closing experience, in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, external audits, and local tax regulations, as well as a solid understanding of how finance interacts with sales operations, logistics flows, and overall business processes.Financial Closing & ReportingLead and manage monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and year-end financial closings for U.S.

and Canadian entitiesOversee logistics closing, expense accruals, statutory accounting, and external audit processesPrepare and deliver internal financial closing reports to headquartersBalance Sheet & Financial IntegrityEnsure the soundness and integrity of balance sheet accounts, including assets, liabilities, and equityMonitor and manage key financial risks and accounting issues impacting the entitiesHQ CoordinationAct as the primary owner to follow up and manage finance-related issues raised by HQEnsure timely resolution and clear communication on all major financial mattersTax ComplianceOversee all tax filings and payments for U.S. and Canadian entitiesServe as the main point of contact with local tax authoritiesCoordinate tax-related matters with external tax advisors and auditorsExternal Partners ManagementManage and effectively utilize external accounting firms and selected law firms supporting the U.S. and Canadian entitiesCoordinate audits, tax reviews, and other professional engagementsSalary: $65,000 - $90,000 / per year (D.O.E)QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of professional experience in accounting and/or financePrior experience in the distribution and/or service industry is strongly preferredProven expertise in month-end, quarter-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalentStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in: External auditsCorporate tax compliance and general tax laws applicable to legal entitiesSolid understanding of cross-functional business processes, including sales support, logistics flows, and their direct and indirect financial impactsExcellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with HQ, external auditors, tax authorities, and professional service firmsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.*** NO C2C ***By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply
