Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen North America P&L and balance sheet forecasts for Plan, rLBE, and Confirm processes
- Prepare timely sales results, financial statements, projections, and trend analyses for senior leadership review
- Identify and present meaningful analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support long-range financial planning, portfolio management, and ROI tracking across business initiatives
- Build financial tools and reports for commercial proposals, new product launches, and promotional programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years finance and supervisory experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or financial reporting
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and control systems implementation
- Strong knowledge of integrated financial analysis, reporting standards, and GAAP principles
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and people management skills
