Finance ManagerLocation: Aiken, SCPay: $100K - $130KSummaryThe Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, accounting, budgeting, and business analysis. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial performance, improve operational decision making, and ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processesPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsPartner with plant leadership to provide financial analysis and business recommendationsDevelop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisMonitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementSupport capital investment analysis, pricing decisions, and new product financial evaluationsOversee accounting operations, including fixed assets, inventory accounting, physical inventory, and cycle countsMaintain accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance with GAAPSupport internal and external audits, compliance reporting, and ad hoc financial analysisEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the ERP systemQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accountingExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAll applicants must be able to work in the US without current or future sponsorship of any type
