Finance Leadership Program, 2027 Cohort

• Participate in a 3-year early career rotational program across Carrier’s segments and finance functions
• Complete rotations that may include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations
• Collaborate with FLP associates around the globe and Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas
• Develop analytical and communication skills and acquire tools for a successful career at Carrier
• Participate in trainings, events, and various case studies
• Receive mentoring from program alumni and executives
• Relocate based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
• Must be geographically mobile and can relocate at most yearly for rotations
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Less than one year full-time professional work experience
• Willingness to travel 5%
• To be eligible for the program, you must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 and start in the Leadership Program in mid-June 2027
• Efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint
• Master's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time job while in school
• Comfortability with potential to move every year
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management/organization/ability to multi-task
