Finance Leader, P&C Strategy & Analytics

Insurance Recruiting Solutions partners with a financially strong P&C insurer to recruit a Director of Finance who will lead and modernize the finance function.

Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee accounting, regulatory reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven analysis to shape long‑term strategy. You’ll drive system improvements, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with senior leadership and the Board on risk management and performance optimization.
