Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Specialist to jointheir team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $130.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budget reviews, forecasting, and performance evaluations.
• Manage finance operations by overseeing vendor payments, grant administration, payroll related activities, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and supporting analyses to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and balance sheet activity while supporting financial decision making and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a related field.
• Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
• Previous experience overseeing financial reporting, compliance activities, audits, and external financial partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently within a fast paced and evolving environment.
• Prior experience with financial systems, technology platforms, and process automation initiatives.
