Serving as the finance lead for the Germany Patriot Program, the full-time remote Finance Lead will manage financial analysis, Earned Value reporting, and support FP&A activities while preparing variance reports and estimates to ensure successful program execution. Key responsibilities Oversee financial analysis and reporting for the Germany Patriot CSP1 program, including Earned Value and FP&A tasks Prepare and present financial reports, including quarterly estimates at completion and monthly revised estimates Process Budget Change Requests and ensure updates are incorporated into control systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience Experience with financial tools related to program costs, scheduling, tracking, and forecasting Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, particularly in Program Controls Proficiency in current financial tools/systems, such as Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) or Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions related to government contracts
