Owning day-to-day finance and accounting operations, the full-time Finance Lead will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and cash tracking in a remote environment, ensuring accurate financial data and processes across multiple entities. Key responsibilities Oversee monthly financial close and ensure accuracy of financial reporting and data Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions related to hiring, spending, and fundraising Identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and enhance the quality of financial reporting Required qualifications Hands-on experience with US GAAP accounting Strong accounting fundamentals with experience in financial close and reporting processes Ability to work independently and manage finance functions in a multi-entity setup Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning Comfortable building financial models and dashboards from scratch
