To support AI model performance in finance, the full-time remote Finance Knowledge Expert Coder will guide research teams, annotate data, and develop quality assurance guidelines while collaborating with subject matter experts. Key responsibilities: Guide research teams to improve AI model performance in finance, accounting, operations, or supply chain Annotate data and write code-based solutions to domain-specific problems throughout the model development life cycle Create and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines, ensuring clarity and accuracy for vendors Required qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or another programming language Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code Experience teaching or mentoring advanced concepts in finance or related disciplines
