Driving high-impact projects in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Finance Director will lead and optimize the finance team, partner with senior leadership to develop key performance indicators, and create financial forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities: Lead and grow the finance team with a focus on analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization Create and manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle to align operating goals with financial targets Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Completion of a 2-year Investment Banking program, followed by experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Banking 3-8 years of in-house finance experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment Deep understanding of financial modeling and three-statement forecasting Proficiency in Excel with advanced modeling skills and familiarity with SQL
