To build the financial foundation required for scaling past $100M ARR, the full-time Head of Finance will manage all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and investor reporting, while working closely with the CEO and Operations team in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Own all bookkeeping, payroll accounting, A/P, A/R, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring clean balance sheets and P&Ls Develop and maintain Ethyca's long-term financial model, including cashflow and expense projections, while conducting scenario planning for strategic decisions Deliver quarterly investor updates and board reporting packages, partnering with the CEO on fundraising strategy and financial storytelling Required Qualifications Significant experience managing finance end-to-end at an early-stage or growth-stage technology company Proficiency in GAAP, accrual accounting, FP&A, and SaaS metrics Experience building or enhancing financial models for board-level decision-making Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and establish structured financial practices
