To support the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the full-time remote Finance Director, Operations will manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for hospital programs while serving as a strategic partner to operations management. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations leadership to develop and maintain hospital-level financial plans aligned with contractual obligations Lead the development of financial models and variance reporting tools to enhance profitability tracking Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance, preferably in healthcare Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally High integrity and a focus on data accuracy
