Finance Director, Luxury Resort Growth & Strategy

Relais & Châteaux in Barnard, Vermont, is looking for a Director of Finance who will play a key leadership role in guiding the financial health and long-term strategy of Twin Farms. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting, while partnering with leadership for growth and operational decision-making.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance and significant experience in finance or accounting within the hospitality sector.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
