Lodge Manufacturing is building a Finance organization to drive strategy and performance. The Director of Finance will own FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations Finance with broad exposure across a consumer-products business and a vertically integrated manufacturing operation.
This leadership role requires strong executive communication, hands-on collaboration with manufacturing, and a focus on analytics, processes, and trusted data to speed decisions.
