We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to partner with executive leadership in driving financial performance, business planning, and operational decision-making. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, process improvement, and providing actionable insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Develop management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial analysis
- Partner with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support monthly financial reporting and performance reviews
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system optimization initiatives
- Evaluate strategic projects, investments, and business initiatives
- Mentor and support members of the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience partnering with leadership to drive business decisions
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in multi-entity, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or project-based environments is a plus
