Leading financial performance and reporting for the Fresh Foods Division, the full-time remote Director of Finance and Business Controller will manage financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with division leadership to drive profitable growth and operational improvements. Key responsibilities Oversee the financial closing process, ensuring timely and compliant reporting in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS Serve as a primary financial advisor to segment leadership, translating financial data into actionable business recommendations Support the development of monthly forecasts and long-range financial plans, analyzing operating results to identify risks and opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred CPA or CMA certification preferred 7 to 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing finance leadership Experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing environment Proven ability to support executive leadership in financial decision-making
