Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Data Product / Project Manager to lead data initiatives from initial problem definition through engineering-ready specifications and delivery. This role partners closely with Finance, Data Governance, Business Systems, and technology teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver data solutions that support business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing Finance, data, analytics, or technology initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of data management, business requirements, and cross-functional project delivery .
• Proven ability to work with Finance and technology stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and SQL ; working knowledge of Python and AI-assisted tools.
• Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions.
• Experience managing project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level communications.
