To support a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation, the remote Finance Data Migration Lead will coordinate finance data validation and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and business readiness in a contract role with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate finance-related data validation and migration activities across accounting and business teams Perform pre-load and post-load data validation to ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and reconciled in Oracle Fusion Partner with various teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, driving reconciliations between legacy-source data and Oracle Fusion-loaded data Required qualifications Strong background in financial accounting, controllership, or systems controllership Proven experience supporting an ERP implementation or finance transformation initiative Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on data validation, data migration, and reconciliation work Strong understanding of financial data, controls, accounting processes, and implementation testing Experience partnering directly with accounting teams to define required validation activities and obtain business sign-off
