Finance Data Migration Lead

To support a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation, the remote Finance Data Migration Lead will coordinate finance-related data validation and migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate finance-related data validation and migration activities across accounting and business teams Perform pre-load and post-load data validation to ensure financial data integrity in Oracle Fusion Establish validation steps and manage stakeholder activities throughout implementation cycles Required qualifications Strong background in financial accounting, controllership, or systems controllership Proven experience supporting an ERP implementation or finance transformation initiative Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on data validation, migration, and reconciliation work Strong understanding of financial data, controls, and accounting processes Experience partnering with accounting teams to define validation activities and obtain business sign-off
