Finance (Data Center & Digital Infrastructure) Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is representing a leading global law firm seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Finance group in New York, with a focus on data center and digital infrastructure financing. This is a highly specialized opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the market.The ideal candidate will have approximately 4–6 years of finance experience, with direct experience in digital infrastructure and data center financings strongly required.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders, sponsors, and other financial institutions in complex financing transactionsAdvise on data center and digital infrastructure project financingsSupport structured finance, acquisition finance, and other leveraged lending transactionsDraft and negotiate credit agreements and related finance documentationCoordinate with cross-functional teams on large-scale infrastructure dealsAnalyze transaction structures and advise on risk allocation and financing termsManage components of complex, multi-party transactionsQualifications4–6 years of experience in finance transactions at a major law firmData center financing experience requiredStrong background in leveraged finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance preferredExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsStrong academic credentialsAbility to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environmentAdmission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive inWhy ApplyThis role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology infrastructure, advising on high-value data center and digital infrastructure deals.
