- JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials
- Active Bar Admission in North Carolina , in good standing
- 2-3 years of substantive experience in a variety of capital markets transactions , particularly focused on structured finance
- Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Advise clients on structured finance matters, including capital markets transactions and related agreements
- Draft , review , and negotiate transaction documents for a variety of structured finance deals
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive support on complex transactions
- Maintain direct client interaction and contribute to the growth of the firm's finance practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $235,000-$260,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure
