Supporting the rapidly growing Virtual Factory Operations, the full-time remote Plant Business Finance Controller will manage financial performance, reporting, and control for manufacturing operations while collaborating with leadership to drive profitable growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Own financial performance and reporting for Virtual Factory operations, including end-to-end P&L management Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive operational improvements and support financial planning and forecasting activities Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans for investment strategies and cost optimization Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Analysis Prior experience with Oracle ERP strongly preferred Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
