forecast variancesCompletion of quarterly forecast process, including template submissionAccounting/Finance guidance on developing processes for new business initiativesAd hoc reporting support for TFSIC/TFSC needsGL accounting, bookkeeping, setting up budgetsCoordinating and interfacing with business units to walk through how performances match against forecasts, helping to set up new business units, setting up new processes for new business initiativesKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Experience with accounting ERP systemsIntermediate Excel – potential of building macros when building processes in the futureAbility to facilitate accounting/finance discussions with non-finance team membersKnowledge in building budgets and forecastsResourceful in researching/investigating expense informationAbility to communicate effectively and efficiently via multiple formats (i.e. email, conference call, video chat, face-to-face, text) with all levels of managementAbility to create/develop processes; Kaizen mentalityAbility to lead interdepartmental communications to establish requirements and develop solutions for project goalsOrganized and detail orientedProject management skills – ability to think on their feet, build and manage processes, and lead meetingsPreferred/Nice-to-haves:Change agent; ability to influence changePeopleSoft – need to understand how to query in the systemOur client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
