Work authorization required.What You'll DoProcess accounts payable transactions by reviewing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and payment requests to ensure accurate documentation, proper authorization, and timely vendor paymentsVerify, code, and process invoices, manual checks, electronic payments, expense reports, and petty cash reimbursements in compliance with company policies and internal controlsReconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, communicate with vendors, and prepare necessary adjustments to ensure accurate account balances and timely resolution of outstanding itemsPrepare and maintain accounts payable records, payment documentation, and supporting files while ensuring all transactions are accurately entered into financial systemsCoordinate with Finance leadership on stop payments, voided checks, manual payments, and other accounts payable matters to ensure compliance with established accounting proceduresEnsure all vendor accounts, payment approvals, and disbursements are processed accurately, supported by required documentation, and completed in accordance with company and audit standardsAnd More!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
